Meet your Program Directors

Director of Recordkeeping & Case Management 

Ms. Kennedy manages all program documentation, compliance records, and participant files ensuring all records remain accurate and organized. She also oversees case management services for each participant assisting them with navigating a plethora of resources such as SNAP benefits, transportation, and other support services.

Director of Intake & Mental Health Resources 

Ms. Cornelious oversees all intake processes, program assessments and clinical support when needed. With a clinical license in Social Work, and strong background in mental health, she ensures that individuals accepted into the program are appropriate for independent living and may provide behavioral/mental health support when necessary.

Director of Community Partnerships & Substance Use Resources

Ms. Kelsey oversees community engagement, events, and partnerships, and provides substance use support when appropriate. With her background in substance abuse counseling, she plays a key role in maintaining the program’s drug- and alcohol-free environment.
