Director of Recordkeeping & Program Coordination  

Ms. Kennedy coordinates the program and ensures day to day operations run smoothly. She oversees program records and participant files to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. She also uses her case management experience to connect participants with available community resources, including benefits programs, transportation assistance, and other supportive services as needed. 

Director of Intake & Housing Placement 

Mrs. Cornelious manages the intake and screening process to help determine program fit for independent living. With a strong background in social services and mental health, she helps ensure participants are a good fit for the program structure and supports general placement coordination.

Director of Community Partnerships & Substance Use Services 

Ms. Kelsey oversees community relationships, partnerships, and outreach efforts. With an extensive background in substance use counseling, she helps connect participants to external community resources when appropriate which supports efforts to maintain a drug and alcohol free living environment.

Program Support Representative

Mrs. Chandler provides friendly phone support by answering program questions, assisting with general inquires, and connecting individuals with the appropriate team member. She is also able to assist anyone who wants to apply for placement over the phone. We are excited to have her join our team!
